[体内研究]

2'-O-甲基腺苷(100200mg/kg,ip,单剂量)在大鼠中表现出独特的降压活性[2]。动物模型：雄性自发性高血压大鼠(SHR；16周龄)[2]。剂量：100,200毫克/千克。给药：IP,单剂量。结果：具有明显的降压作用,降压幅度约为40～50%。
