将3.95g(46.5mmol)二氯甲烷加入100ml无水四氢呋喃中，冷却至-95℃，滴加46.5mmol正丁基锂在31.5ml己烷的溶液。滴加半量后，生成白色沉淀，继续反应2h。所得二氯甲基锂溶液可用于下一步反应。反应溶剂还可用四氢呋喃-乙醚-石油醚（bp40℃）

类似地，用氯仿或四氢化碳与正丁基锂反应。可制得三氯甲基锂溶液。
