Surfactin用途

Surfactin 是一种环状脂肽生物表面活性剂,可介导单价和二价阳离子 (如钙离子) 穿过脂质双层膜的通量。Surfactin 可以作为抗微生物佐剂,具有抗菌,抗真菌,抗支原体和溶血作用。Surfactin 还对多种包膜病毒具有抗病毒活性。

[体外研究]

表面活性素可以通过抗微生物测定如最小抑制浓度(MIC)和分数抑制浓度(FIC)在体外增加阿莫西林对禽致病性大肠杆菌(APEC)的活性。对于APEC O78菌株,阿莫西林和表面活性素的MIC分别为1000 ug/ml和>1mg/ml[1]。

[体内研究]

在鸡感染模型(接种大肠杆菌)中,表面活性素通过降低死亡率和肝脏细菌负荷的数值,调节炎性细胞因子的表达等,对阿莫西林对APEC发挥辅助作用。表面活性素可作为阿莫西林抗鸡AEPC感染的新型抗菌佐剂[1]。
