嗪氨灵制备

将三氯乙醛与甲醛胺混合，搅拌下加热1.5-2h，冷却至室温，全部结晶为氯醛甲酰胺（熔点117-118℃）。将其加入氯化亚砜，加热回流半小时，反应后除去过量的氯化亚砜，残留物溶于乙醚，乙醚液用冷水洗涤，用无水硫酸镁干燥，浓缩，得N-（1,2,2',2''-四氯乙基）甲酰胺（熔点94-95℃）。然后溶解于丙酮，滴放哌嗪、三乙胺的丙酮溶液，室温下搅拌2h，将生成物注入冷水中，过滤，用二噁烷结晶，得氨灵。原料消耗定额：三氯乙醛880kg/t、甲酰胺270kg/t、氯化亚砜1060kg/t、N-（1，2，2，2-四氯乙基）甲酰胺1130kg/t、哌嗪230kg/t、三乙胺560kg/t
