[体外研究]

α-氰基-4-羟基肉桂酸(α-氰基-4-羟基肉桂酸)抑制一元羧酸盐运输,如乳酸和丙酮酸[2]。1 mMα-氰基-4-羟基肉桂酸(CHC；0.5 mM和1 mM)对分枝形态发生有明显的抑制作用,并以剂量依赖的方式降低肺外植体的上皮周长和面积[2]。在100μM浓度下,α-氰基-4-羟基肉桂酸能迅速且几乎完全抑制丙酮酸氧化的大鼠心肌线粒体对O2的吸收。在低至1μM的抑制剂浓度下可以检测到抑制作用,尽管在该浓度下抑制作用需要时间才能形成。通过稀释抑制剂可以逆转抑制作用[1]。
