[体外研究]

硫本卡(0.078-5 mg/L,72小时)浓度分别为 0.55、0.79和 1.26 mg/L时,经计算会抑制 10%、20%和 50%假南锥虫[1]硫本卡(5,2.5 mg/L,6小时)的 Fv/Fm比值急剧下降,将细胞暴露于硫威和三种具有代表性的光合电子传递链抑制剂中长达 6.小时后[1] 硫本卡(5 mg/L,24小时)使 假南泰拉西藻中的13种蛋白质的表达水平显著增加,11种蛋白质的表达水平显著降低。在这些蛋白中,里斯克铁硫蛋白的水平降低到对照水平的一半以下[1]

禾草丹制备

1、 二乙胺与氧硫化碳在甲苯中反应,反应产物再与对氯苄缩合,即制得杀草丹。原料消耗定额:甲苯1140kg/t、液氯1200kg/t、液碱1500kg/t、焦炭160kg/t、氧气110kg/t、硫磺220kg/t、二乙胺(98%)420kg/t。

2、 日本庵原化学静岗工场合成路线
氧硫化碳的制备 将焦炭置入一氧化碳发生炉中,经氧气氧化生成一氧化碳,经水封、水洗压送至集气罐,再要碱洗后入气柜备用。
熔融硫黄蒸气保温贮存,用液下泵送至氧硫化碳反应器。一氧化碳经预热进入氧硫化碳反应器,在催化剂作用下,以电热保持反应温度,制备氧硫化碳。
胺盐的制备 二乙胺与溶剂混合,在搅拌下以反应罐循环泵将反应液送入罐顶喷射式吸收器内,与气态氧硫化碳进行反应,直至终点,排入气经4台串联的活性炭吸附器吸附后排空。
禾草丹合成 将胺盐反应液与对氯氯苄进行反应,生成禾草丹。经水洗分层,有机相脱去大部分溶剂,以乔板式膜式脱溶得禾草丹原油。
