将 10g 三氧化铬； 4g 水和 40g 冰乙酸加热溶解，冷却至 30 ℃ ，分批慢慢加入 16g 巴妥酸，控制反应温度45 -50 ℃ 。加毕，在 50 ℃ 保温半小时，放置过夜，加入 10g 冰乙酸，滤集结晶物。取 4g 结晶物与 8g 水混合加热溶解，滤去不溶物。滤液移入乙酸铵-冰乙酸溶液中通氨，析出结晶，过滤，用沸乙醇洗涤，得紫脲酸铵。
