利谷隆制备

由3,4-二氯苯异氰酸酯与硫酸羟胺反应生成3,4-二氯苯羟基脲,然后与硫酸二甲酯反应制得利谷隆。1.3,4-二氯苯羟基脲的制备 将3,4-二氯苯异氰酸酯-甲苯溶液、硫酸羟胺水溶液、氢氧化钠溶液按计算量分别抽入各计量槽。将水和硫酸羟胺同时加入搪玻璃反应锅,搅拌冷却,在20℃左右开始滴加氢氧化钠溶液,约1h滴完,温度控制在20℃左右,滴加完毕pH在7.5-7.9之间(否则补加氢氧化钠或硫酸羟胺)。然后开始滴加3,4-二氯苯异氰酸酯-甲苯溶液,此时控制温度30±2℃,约1.5h内滴完,并在此温度下继续反应2h。静置2h后,将上层甲苯清液抽出。下层物料加水搅拌后进行离心分离,得固体湿品3,4-二氯苯羟基脲。收率87%。2.利谷隆的制备 将上述湿品羟基脲加入搪坡璃反应釜,然后加入计算量的硫酸二甲酯,搅拌20min。滴加20%的氢氧化钠溶液,温度控制在20-30℃,约1.5h内滴加完毕。在30℃左右反应2h,至pH7为反应终点,若偏酸性时,可适当补加氢氧化钠。反应结束后加水搅拌,甩滤,干燥,即得利谷隆原粉。收率90%。
