[体外研究]

胭脂红可促进中性粒细胞体外合成白三烯B4(LTB4)和F2异丙醇。胭脂红增加血液中性粒细胞在所有测试浓度下F2异丙醇的形成[2]。

[体内研究]

胭脂红(49.3-493 mg/kg;口服;42天;雄性Wistar大鼠)治疗显著增加低浓度和高浓度MAPK8的表达,NFκB和GADD45α的表达没有改变[1]。动物模型:雄性Wistar大鼠(120-300g)[1]剂量:49.3mg/kg,493mg/kg给药:口服;42天结果:根据MAPK8的表达导致细胞凋亡。

1,4-氨基萘磺酸钠重氮化,与NW酸(1-萘酚-4-磺酸)偶合,盐析而得。1.重氮化 将200kg1,4氨基萘磺酸钠溶解在1000L水中。加15%盐酸492kg。析出乳白色结晶。冷至10℃从液面下加入30%亚硝酸钠溶液(折100%57.6kg),加料温度控制在25℃以下,使淀粉磺化钾试纸呈微蓝色,保持1.5h。得1,4-氨基萘磺酸重氮盐溶液。2.偶合 桶内加水1250ml、纯碱192kg和NW酸89kg,搅拌使全部溶解。冷至15℃,2h内徐徐加入上述重氮盐溶液,加料温度不超过25℃。加毕,测定pH=8.5搅拌30min。终点为重氮盐消失,NW酸应微过量。到达终点后,再搅拌3h。升温至65-70℃,按体积23%加盐盐析。过滤。滤饼干燥,粉碎,标准化得酸性红B染料成品620kg。原料消耗(kg/t)NW酸(100%) 323 碳酸钠(98%) 2681,4-氨基萘磺酸钠(100%) 340 盐酸(31%) 369亚硝酸钠(98%) 98 精盐 597
