富贝里唑(FBZ)(10μM)在 CB8(100μM)存在的情况下表现出 1.4个单位的 pKa公司偏移[1] 富贝咪唑(10-200μM;72小时)对灰霉病菌 (B.灰葡萄)表现出增加的生长抑制率。与 CB7/CB8结合的 富贝里唑对 B.灰葡萄的生长至少是 富贝里唑单独抑制 3.倍[1]

麦穗灵合成路线

麦穗灵制备

将糠醛与亚硫酸氢钠浓溶液反应生成呋喃基羟基甲烷磺酸钠。然后在乙醇中,与邻苯二胺反应生成麦穗宁。将17kg水,16.4kg 87.6%的亚硫酸氢钠加入搪玻璃反应锅,搅拌20min,分次加入糠醛12.6kg,控制温度不超过50℃,静置2-2.5h,生成浅黄色稠浆状的呋喃基甲烷磺酸钠(加成物),降温至30℃以下。在另一反应锅加入92%的乙醇100kg,搅拌升温至20-30℃,加入85.6%的邻苯二胺12.2kg,搅拌至完全溶解。将上述加成物加入,缓缓升温至85℃左右,回流4h,然后搅拌升温,蒸馏回收乙醇75-80kg,在搅拌下趁热出料。静置,离心过滤,水洗,干燥,得麦穗宁。
