L-丙氨酸-L-谷氨酰胺(2 mM；24 h)可部分或完全抑制慢性胰岛素分泌,且当β细胞在体外刺激(IMMs)后暴露于巨噬细胞时,其IR-β和COX IV水平降低[1]。L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺依赖性β细胞保护,通过对谷氨酰胺GSH轴和HSP途径的协同作用介导,维持线粒体代谢和刺激-分泌耦合对胰岛素释放至关重要[1]。
