2-氨基嘌呤生物活性

[ 描述 ]:

2-氨基嘌呤是鸟嘌呤和腺苷的荧光类似物,是一种应用广泛的基于荧光衰减的DNA结构探针。当2-氨基嘌呤被插入到anoligonucleotide中时,它的荧光通过和天然碱的叠加而被高度猝灭。2-氨基嘌呤已被用于探测核酸结构和动力学[1][2]。

[体外研究]

2-氨基嘌呤(2AP)作为荧光标记并没有价值,因为当它插入anoligonucleotide中时,它的荧光通过与天然碱的叠加而被高度猝灭。然而,正是这种对酶间猝灭的敏感性使2AP成为一种灵敏度极高的核酸结构荧光探针[1]。2-氨基嘌呤与腺嘌呤(6-氨基嘌呤)的区别仅在于外环胺基的位置,但其荧光强度是腺嘌呤的1000倍[1]。
