[体外研究]

二氢硫辛酸是一种抗氧化剂。DHLA能够清除•OH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基,速率常数为3.3×105 M-1 s-1。二氢硫辛酸是一种优秀的抗氧化剂,这一点非常重要,因为O2•-是一种相对温和的氧化剂,因此具有更高的选择性,可以用于区分不同底物的抗氧化能力[1]。

[体内研究]

二氢硫辛酸(DHLA)治疗对LPS诱导的大鼠疾病行为有预防作用。二氢硫辛酸增加LPS诱导的疾病行为大鼠ERK、Nrf2和HO-1的表达,但降低ROS生成水平,降低NLRP3、caspase-1和IL-1β的表达。二氢硫辛酸是α-硫辛酸(LA)的一种还原形式,可以降低氧化应激,并作为一种强抗氧化剂[2]。二氢硫辛酸治疗逆转LPS诱导的疾病行为[2]。动物模型：成年雄性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠(体重200-220) g) [2]剂量：15 毫克/千克,30 mg/kg,60 mg/kg给药：每日腹腔注射结果：30天治疗 mg/kg和60 与LPS组相比,mg/kg可改善体重增加。
