碘化氰制备
1.将过量的粉末状氰化汞(Ⅱ)与碘的醚溶液振荡。过滤后从滤液中蒸出醚。将晶体重结晶三次,用升华法纯制。
2.28gKCN溶于80mL水中。将粉碎得很细的碘分小部分加入,每次5g,共加100g。每次要等先加入的碘完全反应之后再加新碘。加完80g之后就有白色沉淀生成。全部碘加完后,混合物变为半流体的白色物质。
混合物冷却后,先用100mL乙醚提取生成的CNI,然后用80mL乙醚提取,再用60mL提取。在真空中于常温下将乙醚蒸发。用96%乙醇溶解残留物,使成近饱和溶液。过滤后加水至生成的浑浊物不消失。24h后CNI即结晶析出。抽滤,在CaCl2上干燥。
