2-庚醇制备

1. 溴化戊基镍与乙醛反应制取。

2. 甲基-戊基甲酮与金属钠在乙醇溶液中进行反应制取。

3.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中，加入2-庚酮(2)114g(1.0mol),300mL（95%）的工业酒精和100mL水。慢慢加入金属钠(钠丝或小块的钠)65g(2.8mol)，加入速度控制反应液温度不超过30℃，必要时可用冰水冷却反应瓶。当金属钠全部反应完后，加入水1L，并浪却至15℃，分出上层，用25mL稀盐酸(1:1)洗涤，再用25mL水洗涤，无水硫酸钠或无水碳酸钾干燥，分馏，收集156～158℃的馏分，得2-庚醇(1)75g，收率65%。
