[体外研究]

从μM到亚mM浓度的伞形酮,选择性地刺激表达ankyrin 1的HEK293细胞的瞬时受体电位[1]。

[体内研究]

Umbellulone(50–250 nM/5ul)以剂量依赖的方式在Trpa1+/+小鼠中引起急性伤害感受性反应[1]。伞形酮(150μg/kg；静脉或鼻内)不影响全身血压[1]。伞形酮(30-150μg/kg；静脉注射)以剂量依赖性方式增加脑膜血流量[1]。动物模型：Sprague-Dawley大鼠(雄性,250 g)[1]剂量：30μg/kg、75μg/kg、150μg/kg给药：静脉注射结果：脑膜血流量呈剂量依赖性增加。
