生产方法:

2-甲基-3-氯丙烯是由异丁烯与液氯反应制得。


通入反应器,反应强烈放热,须严格控制反应接触

时间,并在瞬间混合均匀进行反应。反应后物料进

入反应蒸发器,移除反应热,再进入吸收冷凝器,

将氯化氢吸收成盐酸,然后经冷却、油酸分离,盐

酸可作为副产出售,有机层经分馏得到2-甲基-3-

氯丙烯,含量可达95%~98%。

异丁烯和液氯经气化后分别计量,然后按合适配比
