[体外研究]

DL-甘油醛3-磷酸是从大鼠肝脏中纯化的天冬氨酸转氨酶阳离子和阴离子同工酶的时间依赖性抑制剂[1]。DL-甘油醛3-磷酸是甘油3-磷酸的类似物,通过sn-甘油3-磷酸转运系统进入细胞,具有杀菌作用。DL-甘油醛3-磷酸是sn-甘油-3-磷酸转运的抑制剂[2]。

[体内研究]

在体内,通过向大肠杆菌培养物中添加DL-甘油醛3-磷酸,磷脂酰乙醇胺和磷脂酰甘油的积累受到同样程度的抑制[2]。
