　将丙酮与氯仿混合，缓缓加入KOH(或NaOH)溶液，在15℃以下进行缩合反应，反应完毕，过滤，滤液蒸馏，回收未反应的丙酮与氯仿，然后倒入冰水中，即析出结晶，用蒸馏水洗涤至无氯离子反应，50~55℃干燥即得成品。
