甲氧西林是一种窄谱β-内酰胺抗生素,通过抑制青霉素结合蛋白(PBPs)发挥作用。甲氧西林对其他青霉素耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌具有活性。甲氧西林可用于研究皮肤感染、骨髓炎和心内膜炎[1]。
