将0.1摩尔乙酞氯加到0.2摩尔的氰化亚铜与70毫升乙腊配成的悬浮液中，在氮气存在下回流5一10分钟，生成微带颜色的清亮溶液。在20℃和减压下蒸出大部分的溶剂，用乙醚或在沸苯中沉淀出固体。过滤，蒸馏滤液。先蒸出溶剂，后收集bp90一92℃馏出液，得产率为50%的乙酞氰.也可将乙酞氯与三甲基氰硅烷在60一70℃下反应而得
