[体外研究]

共处理β含γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸的40个低聚物(γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸；GGC)在200μM能提高抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)的活性,显著提高总抗氧化能力(TAC)和GSH水平,降低GSSG/GSH比值。γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸还可上调抗炎细胞因子IL-10的水平,并降低促炎细胞因子(TNF)的水平-α, IL-6和IL-1β) 减少寡聚体A中金属蛋白酶活性的变化β40个处理过的星形胶质细胞[1]。
