氨基三亚甲基膦酸用途

【用途一】
冷却水系统、输油管线及锅炉的防垢，它可作为高硬度，高矿化度等水质的恶劣的油管线的阻垢剂。
【用途二】
用于冷却水、锅炉水、油田水处理的阻垢剂和缓蚀剂
【用途三】
ATMP常与其它有机磷酸、聚羧酸或盐等复配成有机碱性水处理剂，用于各种不同水质条件下的循环冷却水系统。用量以1~20mg/L为佳；作缓蚀剂使用时，用量为20~60mg/L。 ATMP具有良好的螯合、低限抑制及晶格畸变作用。可阻止水中成垢盐类形成水垢，特别是碳酸钙垢的形成。ATMP在水中化学性质稳定，不易水解。在水中浓度较高时，有良好的缓蚀效果。 ATMP用于火力发电厂、炼油厂的循环冷却水、油田回注水系统。可以起到减少金属设备或管路腐蚀和结垢的作用。ATMP在纺织印染等行业用作金属离子螯合剂，也可用于金属表面处理剂等。

氨基三亚甲基膦酸制备

1.以甲醛、氯化铵和三氯化磷为原料经一步法反应，回收氯化氢，经过滤得成品。

2.氮川三乙酸与磷酸反应　收率高，产品质量好但原料难得，成本较高。

在装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中，加入2mol（107g，化学纯）氯化铵，8mol(642g，37%水溶液，分析纯）的甲醛水溶液，开动搅拌，缓慢滴加 6mol（825g）三氯化磷（化学纯），补加一定量的去离子水，使反应体系中水与三氯化磷的比例为3.8∶1。控制滴加速度，使反应温度保持在30～40℃。必要时可通冷却水进行冷却。反应过程中有大量氯化氢逸出，必须控制回收，以免造成污染。三氯化磷加完后，缓缓升温至回流（110℃），回流0.5h使反应进行完全。产物为淡黄色澄清液体。产物不经分离即可作为工业冷却水阻垢剂使用。如果制备固体产品可将反应液冷却后适当稀释（约1倍左右），在搅拌下慢慢滴加到丙酮中，滤出沉淀，在50～60℃下真
空干燥，即得固体产品。
