氨三乙酸制备

1.由氯乙酸与氢氧化钠反应生成氯乙酸钠,然后氯化铵反应生成氨基三乙酸钠,再经酸化即得成品。氯乙酸法工艺落后,成本高,国外已淘汰。美国、日本大量副产HCN的厂家采用斯脱里格法,纯的液体HCN和甲醛在酸性条件下与氨或胺盐反应生成氮川三乙腈,再水解得到NTA。该法投资和操作费用高,安全性差。另一种方法是国外70年代开发成功的羧甲基化法。该法采用NaCN,便于贮运,反应的碱性条件下进行,不产生易挥发的HCN,生产安全性好。

2.由氯乙酸与氢氧化钠反应生成氯乙酸钠,然后与氯化铵反应生成氨基三乙酸钠,再经酸化即得成品。

3.将甘氨酸和碘乙酸溶于水中,加氢氧化钾溶液加热至80℃,冷却,然后用盐酸酸化,即有亚氨基三乙酸析出,在热水中重结晶即得纯品:

4.将885kg一氯乙酸投入耐酸釜中,搅拌下加热至64℃,全熔融后滴加1220kg30%的液碱进行中和反应。在80~90℃反应5~6h。得到一氯乙酸钠水溶液。将中和液送入薄膜蒸发器中,在真空下浓缩。接近饱和时打入缩合釜,加热到60℃,用碳酸钠饱和溶液调ph值至7~8。继续升温至80℃,在搅拌下加入400kg氯化铵饱和溶液。加毕后,再搅5min,混合均匀。再用液碱调ph 值至9~10。停止反应。静置4h 。过滤。收集滤液。将滤液打入酸化釜中,加盐酸酸化,当ph值达到0.5~1.2时,停止加酸。冷却静置,结晶。将上层液吸出,用水洗涤结晶数次,干燥得成品。反应式如下:
