L-谷氨酸γ-(p-硝基苯胺)盐酸盐用途

GPNA hydrochloride 是一种 γ-谷氨酰转移酶 (GGT) 的知名底物。GPNA hydrochloride 是一种特定的谷氨酰胺 (Gln) 转运蛋白 ASCT2 抑制剂。GPNA hydrochloride 还抑制依赖 Na+ 的载体,如 SNAT 家族 (SNAT1/2/4/5) 和不依赖 Na+ 的亮氨酸转运蛋白 LAT1/2。GPNA 可逆地诱导 A549 细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)。

GPNA(10-1000μM；48 h)诱导A549细胞活性的剂量依赖性下降[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞株：A549细胞浓度：10、100、250、500、1000μM培养时间：48 h结果：诱导细胞活力呈剂量依赖性下降,IC50约为~250 μM。
