镍制备

1.电解法。将富集的硫化物矿焙烧成氧化物,用炭还原成粗镍,再经电解得纯金属镍。
2.羰基化法。将镍的硫化物矿与一氧化碳作用生成四羰基镍,加热后分解,又得纯度很高的金属镍。
3.氢气还原法。用氢气还原氧化镍,可得金属镍。
4.在鼓风炉中混入氧置换硫,加热镍矿可得到镍的氧化物。而此种氧化物再和与铁反应过的酸液进行作用就能得到镍金属。
5.矿石经煅烧成氧化物后,再用水煤气或炭还原得到镍。
