叔戊醇用途
用作合成香料、农药的原料,也是优良的溶剂
【用途二】
主要用于生产新型农药粉锈宁、频那酮、三唑酮、三唑醇、种子保护剂等;并可用于合成茚烷麝香,以及作彩色胶片的成色剂。生产叔戊醇的中间产物甲基丁炔醇也是有用的医药中间体和萜烯类香料中间体,并用于制造酸蚀抑止剂、粘度稳定剂、减粘剂,以及用于制造镀镍、镀铜的上光剂,氯化烃稳定剂等。

有机合成。溶剂。高纯度的可用作气相色谱分析中定性、定量的标准物质。

叔戊醇制备
1. 以丙酮、乙炔为原料,经炔化,加氢而得。将乙炔溶于液氨中,与丙酮、催化剂混合后送入炔化反应器,反应液经闪蒸,分出未反应的乙炔和氨,蒸出未反应的丙酮,得到的甲基丁炔醇进入加氢反应器反应,生成叔戊醇,经脱水、精制而得产品。
2. 由异戊烯加水而成。
3. 用由戊烷经氯化和水解后生成的混合醇分馏制得。原料戊烷先用无水氯化氢脱水,蒸发后与氯气混合进入反应器,反应温度为250-300℃。反应生成物经四个精馏塔精馏分离得到氯戊烷。在水解器中以油酸钠为催化剂,用氢氧化钠水溶液使氯戊烷水解,粗戊醇与水分离、蒸馏可得含伯醇59%、仲醇36%、叔醇5%的戊醇。采用以丙酮和乙炔为原料的方法,可获得纯度为99%的产品。原料消耗定额:丙酮1040kg/t、电石1500kg/t、氢气(99.5%)650m3、液氨135kg/t、碳酸钾340kg/t。
精制方法 用无水碳酸钾、氧化钙、氢化钙或金属钠回流后分馏。
4.制法:
由丙酸乙酯(2)102g(1.0mol)和由49g(2mol)铁屑与284g(2.0mol)碘甲烷反应制备的碘化甲基镁作用,按上述2-甲基-2-戊醇的操作方法,收集100~102℃的馏分,得2-甲基-2-丁醇(1)。
