[体外研究]

2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚(2M4VP)通过IκB-α磷酸化和p38、ERK1/2和JNK等MAPK的磷酸化作用,显著抑制NF-κB p65向细胞核的转运。2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚(2M4VP)抑制LPS诱导的组蛋白H3(Lys9/Lys14)的超乙酰化[1]。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系：RAW264.7细胞。结果：抑制LPS刺激的RAW264.7细胞iNOS和COX-2蛋白的过度表达。
