丙酰氯制备

丙酸与三氯化磷、五氯化磷、氯化亚砜或光气反应都可制丙酰氯。

1.将丙酸与三氯化磷投入反应锅，加入数粒磁片，在50℃回流反应6h。静置1-2h，分去下层亚磷酸，即得丙酰氯。在丙酸：PCl3为1.32：1条件下，收率95%。所得粗品需提纯时，可采用蒸馏的方法，收集80℃左右馏分即得成品。原料消耗定额：丙酸（99.5%）990kg/t、三氯化磷（98%）690kg/t。

2.苯甲酰氯法由丙酸与苯甲酰氯作用而得。
