详细合成路线

N-溴代乙酰胺制备

将0～5℃的乙酰胺和溴的溶液，用冷的50%氢氧化钾溶液处理，在0～5℃下静置2～3h，用氯化钠处理，过滤，用氯仿萃取，萃取相减压蒸馏回收氯仿后，结晶，过滤，干燥而得。
备注：加热下不稳定。其一水合物从乙醚中析出者为长方形浅黄色片状结晶。相对分子量155.99。熔点108～109℃。微溶于氯仿，可溶于冷水、乙醇和乙醚。
