双酚a制备

由苯酚和丙酮在酸性介质中缩合而得。当以硫酸为催化剂时,酸浓度为72.5-76.3%,反应温度约40℃。反应在搅拌釜中进行,可采用间歇法生产,也可以安排连续生产的装置。产物经中和,离收分离得粗双酚A,用二甲苯-水萃取法精制即得成品。硫酸法需要的设备较少,工艺简单,但产品质量差,原料消耗高,“三废”较多,只适合中小型间歇生产。为了得到质量好的聚合级双酚A,普遍采用的工业制法是以氯化氢气体作催化剂的方法。将丙酮与苯酚混合,用干燥的氯化氢作催化剂在常压下进行反应,反应于50-60℃进行8-9h,气相氯化氢浓度保持在96%以上。反应除生成双酚A外,还生成一些异构体、三羟基或一羟基副产物。这些少量的杂质并不影响用于制造环氧树脂。但用于制造聚碳酸酯时,则必须精制。虎克法工艺是在压力下蒸馏与萃取结晶来精制双酚A,使产品成本降低。原料消耗定额:苯酚940kg/t、丙酮320kg/t、硫酸(98%)500kg/t。

氯化氢法 苯酚和丙酮在氯化氢存在下进行反应制得双酚A。该法在美、日等国家广泛应用。典型工艺是虎克(Hooker)法。过量苯酚及丙酮(配比大于8∶1)与以盐酸饱和的循环物料一起加入反应器,在常压下于50~60℃搅拌反应8~9h。然后将反应产物送氯化氢解吸塔,经汽提自塔顶蒸出氯化氢回收系统,分离氯化氢并循环回反应器。有机相中主要含苯酚,可循环回氯化氢解吸塔。除去酸后的反应混合物,自氯化氢解吸塔排出进苯酚回收塔,过量苯酚自塔顶分离后,循环回收反应器。塔釜粗产品送异构体分离塔,在真空下分离邻、对位异构体并循环回反应器。釜液进双酚A精馏塔,在真空下蒸馏分离焦油状物质。塔顶蒸出的双酚A以溶剂甲苯萃取和重结晶方式精制,分离结晶后母液经蒸馏回收溶剂。
