酮麝香

酮麝香用途

麝香酮(MK)是一种应用广泛的人工香料。麝香酮对Hep G2细胞具有致突变和共突变作用,并通过激活PI3K/Akt信号通路诱导脑缺血时的神经干细胞增殖和分化。在大脑中,麝香酮通过抑制细胞凋亡对中风损伤具有神经保护作用[1][2][3]。
