均苯四甲酸酐用途
用途1:用于制造聚酰亚胺树脂,后者用作耐高温电气绝缘漆的原料。亦用以制取环氧树脂固化剂和增塑剂、脲醛树脂稳定剂、酞菁蓝染料、缓蚀剂、瞬间粘结剂、电子摄影调色剂等。
用途2:均苯四甲酸二酐及其衍生物具有广泛的用途。PMDA主要用作环氧树脂固化剂、聚酰亚胺原料,聚酯树脂的交联产均苯型聚醚亚胺树脂,这是一种可在2600C连续长期使用的耐高温工程材料。
用途3:用于制造聚酰亚胺薄膜、聚酰亚胺树脂,粉末涂料消光剂,高级电气绝缘材料。
用途4:用于制造聚酰亚胺耐热工程塑料和绝缘薄膜的主要原料;可用作环氧树脂固化剂、稳定剂及染料等的合成原料。
用途5::于制聚酰亚胺树脂、耐高温电绝缘漆、PVC增塑剂、合成树脂交联剂和环氧树脂固化剂,也用于制酞菁蓝染料等。

均苯四甲酸酐制备
可以有多种制法。采用的原料可以是二甲苯、三甲苯、四甲苯或蒽。氧化的方法有液相法和气相法等。1.均四甲苯气相氧化 此法特点是工艺简单,可省去脱水成酐工序,除空气外不用其他氧化剂(如硝酸、高锰酸、铬酸等),也不需液相所必需的催化剂分离工序,并可连续生产,易于实现自动化操作,是国外发展的主要方法。
所用的原料也可以从1,2,4-三甲苯出发,在催化剂存在下,与丙烯烷基化生成1,2,4-三甲基-5-丙基苯,再以气相空气催化氧化得到均苯四甲酸二酐。
2.由二甲苯(对二甲苯或间二甲苯)经氯甲基化、氧化、环化而得。工业品均苯四甲酸二酐为白色至淡黄绿色结晶,一级品熔点284-287℃,二级品熔点283.5-287℃。由1,2,4-三甲苯用氧化法生产时,每吨产品消耗1,2,4-三甲苯3000kg、丙烯1200kg。
3、一氧化碳法 以偏三甲苯和一氧化碳反应制得高纯度的中间体芳香醛2,4,5-三甲基苯甲醛,然后氧化得均苯四甲酸,最后经脱水生成PM-DA。该法采用羰基化新工艺,副反应少,产品纯度高,收率高,选择性强,对设备腐蚀性小,符合环保要求,并且使用一套装置可切换生产偏听偏苯三酸酐和PMDA两种产品,生产成本较低。
