葡萄糖脱氢酶用途

葡萄糖脱氢酶是一种氧化还原酶。葡萄糖脱氢酶催化β-D-葡萄糖氧化为β-D-葡糖基-1,5-内酯,同时辅因子NADP+还原为NADPH,或在较小程度上NAD+还原成NADH。葡萄糖脱氢酶接受NAD+和NADP+作为辅因子,可用于NADH和NADPH[1][2]的再生。
