[体外研究]

ATPγS(四锂盐)增强固有荧光并诱导聚集,从而增加菠菜Rubisco活化酶的活性[1]。ATPγS(50-100μM最终血浓度)通过减少支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞(48%,P<0.01)和蛋白质(57%,P<0.01)的积聚,减轻炎症反应,并减少中性粒细胞浸润和伊文思蓝白蛋白染料外渗到肺组织[3]。

[体内研究]

ATPγS(四锂盐,50μM终末,静脉注射)显示保留的肺实质结构[3]。ATPγS对LPS处理小鼠的EBA外渗产生剂量依赖性影响[3]。
