2,4-二氨基甲苯上下游产品

2,4-二氨基甲苯制备

由对硝基甲苯用混酸硝化得2,4-二硝基甲苯,然后用铁粉还原得粗品,再经浓缩、蒸馏得成品。生产工艺如下:(1)硝化 将熔化的对硝基甲苯(100%,643.9kg)小心送入硝化釜中(釜中预先放有废酸94.7kg,废酸中硫酸含量约77%。第一次硝化无废酸,可用相当浓度的硫酸代替),搅拌并使釜内温度冷却至(55±2)℃然后细流注入混酸316.2kg(混酸组成:硝酸31.75%,硫酸64.85%,水3.4%。脱水值=5)。第一阶段加入一半混酸,加料温度52-56℃;第二阶段加佘下的一半混酸,温度自54℃逐渐提升到70℃,混酸加完后控制温度在(70±2)℃。加混酸时间视反应温度而定,一般约6-7h。混酸加毕,升温到75℃,保温搅拌2.25h测定终点,以凝固点达到67℃以上为合格。在搅拌下细心地徐徐加入冷水70L进行稀释,温度控制在75-77℃,水加完后搅拌15min。停止搅拌,静置0.5h,然后插入塑料管直至釜底,冷却至室温,在冷却过程中,请注意凝结,在将要凝结成固体时,要小心不断地转动塑料管并勿使液体搅浑。待反应物全部凝固。拔出塑料管,放去废酸,加热使反应物重新熔化,温度不超过80℃。熔毕,停止加热,搅拌3-5min后,静置30min,冷却,并插入塑料管,如上法,待完全凝结后,拔去塑料管,放尽废酸,再加热熔化,温度不超过80℃反应物为黄色油状物,在75℃保温。于精制釜内放水1300L,升温至68-70℃,在搅拌下细流注入黄色油状物,随时加入液碱进行中和,严格控制PH=5-6。使反应物温度在67-68℃,即喷入冷水进行降温,有黄色针状结晶出,继续搅拌冷却到35℃左右,放料过滤,滤饼用喷淋冷水洗涤,得黄色结晶的2,4-二硝基甲苯。 (2)还原 于还原釜中加入水1300L,在搅拌下先加入铁粉500kg,加热到70℃后,再加30%盐酸40kg,升温到90-95℃,取样滴于滤纸上,润圈与5%硫化碱液相交处有黑色出现,即可开始分批加入二硝基甲苯(100%364kg),使反应剧烈进行,保持100-102℃的沸腾状态。加料时要随时检查,取样滴于滤纸上无黄色润留,与5%硫化碱液相交处显黑色,与石蕊试纸应显红色。待二硝基甲苯加入总量的75%后,再测试终点。危重再将铁粉100kg同料交叉加入,全部加料时间为1-1.5h,始终保持沸腾,料加完再搅拌0.5h,以反应液在滤纸上润圈不显黄色为终点。还原终点到后,停止加热,降温到85-90℃,小心加入用石灰30kg及水调成的石灰浆,使PH值为8-9,然后加入50%硫化碱5kg,继续搅拌15min,以料液在滤纸上润圈与5%硫化碱液相交无黑色痕迹为中和终点。中和毕,再加入亚硫酸钠2kg,搅拌15min,静置0.5h,使铁泥充分沉淀。 (3)过滤、浓缩 铁泥沉降后,将上层清液吸入贮槽中,残留在还原釜中的铁泥加水1000-1200L,搅拌升温到95℃静置0.5h,然后将上层洗涤清液吸入贮槽中,如上法反复进行三次洗涤,洗液均合并还原母液中进行吸滤;吸滤后,料液在真空度80kg下蒸发浓缩,约6h完成。 (4)减压蒸馏 将浓缩液吸到蒸馏釜中,在真空度74.7-90.7kpa,夹层油温180-210℃,顶温50-60℃,搅拌下,进行脱水。当真空度上升到94.7-97.3kpa,顶温为190-200℃,夹层油温为280-290℃下进行蒸馏,随着蒸馏釜内物料减少,真空逐渐上升,顶温逐渐下降到170-180℃,油温提高到300-320℃左右,此时可认为蒸馏已到终点。每批操作得成品约500kg。 原料消耗定额:对硝基甲苯1600kg/t、硫酸(98%)1616kg/t、硝酸(98%)760kg/t、铁粉(90%)2700kg/t。
