[体内研究]

U-69593(0.16 mg/kg；s.c.)可减轻可卡因诱导的大鼠行为敏化[2]。U-69593(1、10、25 nmol/µL；微量注射)减轻焦虑,增强小鼠的自发交替记忆[3]。U-69593(0.32 mg/kg；s.c.)降低急性苯丙胺诱发行为和腹侧纹状体多巴胺和谷氨酸钙依赖性透析液水平【4】。动物模型：大鼠【2】剂量：0.16 mg/kg给药：S.c.(急性注射可卡因(20 mg/kg i.p.))结果：减轻可卡因对运动活动和刻板印象的急性和慢性影响。动物模型：CD-1小鼠【3】剂量：1、10、25 nmol/µL给药：微量注射(在边缘下皮质(IL)),每周一次,2周结果：剂量依赖性延长转移潜伏期(T-L),并产生剂量依赖性抗焦虑行为模式,24小时后,观察到小鼠小但可检测到的遗留效应。在第2周,U-69593剂量依赖性地延长了T/L,并在第一次EPM(高架+迷宫)试验中产生了抗焦虑行为,但观察到了强大的抗焦虑行为。动物模型：280-350 g,雄性Wistar大鼠【4】剂量：0.32 mg/kg给药：皮下注射(15分钟后注射安非他明(2.5 mg/kg i.p.))结果：显著降低安非他明刺激的透析液多巴胺水平升高,并阻断安非他明引起透析液谷氨酸水平升高的能力。
