Aminocarbonylation of aryl iodides with primary and secondary aromatic/aliphatic amines to corresponding amides using polymer supported palladium-N-heterocyclic carbene complex (PS-Pd-NHC) as an efficient heterogeneous, recyclable catalyst is described.
