2、由于蒸气压低,工业上使用无甚毒害。属微毒类,高浓度对肝、肾有损害,对黏膜有刺激,并有麻醉作用。吸入蒸气或反复接触会引起头痛、疲倦、眼花、贫血等症状,并能刺激眼、鼻。人体在2324mg/m3浓度下吸入1小时,就能引起严重中毒。工作场所最高容许浓度2905mg/m3。
