体外研究 硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)选择性地增加含有树突标记MAP-2的神经轴突的长度[1]。据报道,硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)直接应用于视前隔神经元时可增加神经元兴奋性(放电频率)[1]。脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)由人类肾上腺大量产生,主要作为3-磺基共轭DHEA硫酸盐(DS)在胎儿期产生[2]。硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)通常无毒,即使长期服用也没有副作用[3]。
体内研究 DHEAS慢性给药对性能产生剂量依赖性影响[3]。动物模型:64只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠,大约90天大(300-400克)[3]。剂量:5、10或20 mg/kg。给药:术后7天和所有行为测试前1小时开始皮下注射。结果:与接受车辆的受伤大鼠相比,在改善到达平台的潜伏期方面显著有效。
