• 体外研究: Broflanilide是一种杀虫剂,代谢为去甲基-溴苯酰胺,它是抗昆虫抗性-狄氏剂(RDL)GABA受体的有效选择性拮抗剂,并抑制斜纹夜蛾RDL GABAR,IC50值为1.3 nM。去甲基-溴苯胺对人GABAAα1β2γ2受体,哺乳动物GABAAα1β3γ2受体和人甘氨酸受体(GlyR)α1β的活性较弱,IC50>3μM,对GlyRα1-A288Gβ和GlyRα1-A288G的抑制作用较弱(IC50s,0.706, 0.149μM)[1]。
