描述 | SAK3(T-VGCC增强子SAK3)是T型电压门控Ca2+通道(T-VGCC)的有效口服acitve增强子,在浓度为0.01-10 nM时增强CaV3.1和CaV3.3,但不增强CaV3.2活性。体外neuro2A细胞;显着增强幼稚小鼠海马CA1区乙酰胆碱(ACh)释放(0.5 mg/kg,口服);显着增强嗅球切除(OBX)小鼠的海马ACh水平,挽救记忆相关行为受损。 |
