  • 1.用于处理工业循环水,起杀菌灭藻作用.是一种广普的杀菌防腐剂,能有效杀灭藻类、 细菌和真菌。该活性单剂可广泛用于工业冷却水、油田回罐水、造纸行业、管道、涂料、油漆、橡胶以及化妆品、感光胶片及洗涤用品等工业。有效用量少,无毒无污染,极易混合在各类配方中, PH 使用范围广,稀释使用浓度后,很容易被生物降解为无毒无污染物质

    2.异噻唑啉酮是一种广谱、高效、低毒、非氧化性杀菌剂,运用于油田、造纸、农药、切削油、皮革、油墨、染料、制革等行业。异噻唑啉酮2类产品作黏泥剥离剂时,投加浓度150~300mg/L;作杀菌剂时,每隔3~7天投加一次,投加剂量80~100mg/L。能与氯气等氧化型杀菌剂同时使用,不能用于含硫化物的冷却水系统。异噻唑啉酮与季铵盐复合使用效果较佳。异噻唑啉酮做工业杀菌防霉剂使用时,一般浓度为0.05%~0.4%。

    3.能很好地穿过黏泥表层而杀灭黏泥中的菌藻,能阻止冷却水系统的黏泥生成。可广泛用于造纸厂白水、冷却水、油田注水、金属加工油、乳胶、纤维及涂料等防霉。

将二硫代二丙酸二甲酯加入反应釜,往夹套通冷冻盐水,开动搅拌器,使釜内温度降至0℃,慢慢加入25%甲胺溶液及0.3%稀盐酸,于约5℃反应3h。反应完毕,将反应物放入结晶釜,于室温下放置,使析出N,N ′- 二甲基二硫代二丙酰胺的白色结晶。离心过滤,用少量水洗结晶,然后送入干燥箱于108~110℃烘干。将干燥好的N, 犖N′ -二甲基二硫代二丙酰胺及无水乙酸乙酯加入反应釜,开动搅拌器,于0℃下通入预定量的氯气反应约1h,升至室温,离心过滤,用少量乙酸乙酯洗涤,真空干燥,得(Ⅰ)与 (Ⅱ)的混合物盐酸盐,母液及洗涤液合并,蒸馏塔回收乙酸乙酯。产品中两个活性组分的比例对产品质量影响很大。活性组分CMIO和 MIO可以通过N, 犖N′ -二甲基-3,3- 二硫二丙酰胺氯环化反应而制得。只有当它们质量比达到 CMIO∶MIO=3∶1时,商品杀菌剂才具有最高的效能。
