  • 1.氮化钒是比高钒铁更优的炼钢添加剂,用氮化钒作添加剂,氮化钒中的氮成分可促进热加工后钒的沉淀,使沉淀颗粒更细小,从而更好地改善钢的焊接性和成形性。用作硬质合金原料,生产耐磨和半导体薄膜。是新型高效的钒合金添加剂,可用于生产高强度焊接钢筋、非调质钢、高速工具钢、高强度管线钢等高强度低合金钢产品。钒氮合金与钒铁相比能更有效地强化和细化晶粒,比使用钒铁节约30%~50%的钒,对提高钢的强度,降低炼钢成本有很大作用。
