描述 含有谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸残基的戊二酸尿是甲状旁腺的口服活性激素。戊二酸尿作为一种激素从甲状旁腺嗜酸细胞中分离出来。戊二酸尿可用于抗癫痫和抗健忘症的研究[1][2][3][4]。

体内研究 戊二酸尿(1、10、20或50μg/大鼠;p.o.)在剂量为50μg/大鼠的24和48小时试验中显著恢复进入潜伏期[2]。戊二酸尿(100~3000 ug/kg;i.p.)以剂量依赖性方式显著降低T3血药浓度,但不会显著提高T4血药浓度[3]。动物模型:CFY雄性大鼠(170~250g)[2]剂量:1、10、20或50μg/只大鼠给药:P.o.结果:在50μg/只大鼠的剂量下,在24和48小时试验中,显著恢复了进入潜伏期。动物模型:Fischer 344大鼠[3]剂量:100~3000ug/kg给药:I.p.结果:以剂量依赖性方式显著降低T3血药浓度,但未显著升高T4血药浓度。
