【方法一】
以间硝基苯甲醛为原料,与乙酰乙酸氯乙酯及氨基巴豆酸甲酯缩合得2,6-二甲基-4-(间硝基苯)-1,4-二氢吡啶-3,5-二羧酸-(2-氯)乙酯-5-甲酯,然后与苄甲胺缩合得到尼卡地平。
