• 体外研究: 3-氨丙基膦酸(10μM)可引起电刺激回肠中胆碱能抽搐收缩的浓度依赖性抑制(IC50=1.84+0.23μM),但不会产生初始收缩[2]。
• 体内研究: 3-氨丙基膦酸(5 mg/kg；iv)阻断GABA对豚鼠迷走神经支气管痉挛的抑制作用[3]。动物模型：豚鼠[3]剂量：5mg/kg给药：IV结果：阻断GABA对迷走神经支气管痉挛的抑制作用。
