描述 Parstatin(mouse) 是具有细胞通透性的 PAR-1 凝血酶受体的肽类激动剂,是一种有效的血管生成抑制剂。

体外研究 帕司他丁(0-10µM)以浓度依赖的方式增加LVDP的恢复。最佳浓度为1µM,可产生23%的LVDP回收率[2]。
体内研究 单次给药前,通过单次给药途径(包括p3k/kg)和心肌缺血保护(p3k/kg)给予p3g/kg的保护。帕司他丁对心肌细胞和冠脉循环起作用,诱导心脏保护作用。这表明帕司他丁在治疗缺血再灌注所致心脏损伤中具有潜在的治疗作用[1]。动物模型:8周龄雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠(250-300 g)[1]。用量:1-25µg/kg。给药:缺血前15分钟静脉注射。结果:以10μg/kg为最佳剂量,5-15μg/kg剂量组梗死面积明显减小。这些心脏的梗死面积为危险区域的46±3%,与对照组相比,梗死面积减少了26%。
