描述 Robotnikinin是一种小分子,能够结合并抑制Smo上游声波刺猬(Shh)信号的活性[1][2]。

体外研究 Robotnikinin在浓度介于1.56μM和25μM之间时表现出ShhN结合能力,根据动力学数据得出KD为3.1μM[2]。Robotnikinin(50µM)可防止ShhN诱导的LC3-II增加[3]。Robotnikinin(5μM)下调与HS-5细胞共培养的H929和U266细胞系中的经典NF-κB途径蛋白,表明MM中Hh信号与NF-κB途径之间存在联系[4]。RT-PCR[4]细胞系:NCI-H929或U266细胞。浓度:5μM,孵育时间:48h。结果:在与HS-5细胞共培养的H929和U266细胞系中,经典NF-κB途径蛋白表达下调。
