• 描述: 三苯二胺是一种口服活性广谱驱虫剂,对蛔虫和美洲锥虫具有特别高的活性。三苯二胺也是一种L型烟碱乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂[1][2][3]。

• 体外研究: 三苯二胺(100μg/mL,24小时)显示秀丽隐杆线虫中毒[3]。三苯二胺(0-100μg/mL,6天)显示毒性,LC50值(半数动物死亡的浓度)为54.4μg/mL[3]。三苯二胺(0-200μg/mL,64小时)诱导的不育性由trb突变体雌雄同体抵抗,而左旋咪唑抗性突变体对三苯二亚胺具有抗性。[3].
• 体内研究: 三苯二胺(75和150 mg/kg；p.o.；一次)在大鼠中显示出对华支睾吸虫的抑制活性,在仓鼠中显示了对400 mg/kg的活菌的抑制[2]。动物模型：感染华支睾吸虫的雌性Wistar大鼠[2]剂量：75 mg/kg和150 mg/kg给药：口服给药,一次结果：150 mg/千克时实现了99.1%的蠕虫负荷减少,75 mg/千克的蠕虫负荷降低仍然显著(68.9%)。
